With 10+ years as a management consultant (PwC Canada & Australia) and internal transformation leader, I’ve worked across universities, law enforcement, utilities, contact centres, and public health authorities. I combine sharp process transformation (Lean Six Sigma, design thinking, governance) with practical AI delivery to help mid-size teams cut waste, prove real ROI, and make change actually stick.
